How it works: the image is drawn onto an HTML canvas and re-exported. Canvas output does not carry EXIF/GPS/IPTC chunks, so the cleaned copy is metadata-free. JPEG is re-encoded (slightly lossy); PNG stays lossless but with metadata stripped.
